Job summary

Ohio Living in Cincinnati is seeking a Charge Nurse - LPN to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of CNAs and ensure the highest quality of resident care in compliance with all regulations.

You will coordinate care plans, administer medications, participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings, and mentor nursing staff while maintaining a positive, compliant work environment. An Ohio LPN license and solid communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Ohio LPN license.
• 1 year of clinical experience in hospital/long-term care preferred.
• English language proficiency; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs.
• Assists in planning resident care and coordinate with physicians.
• Administers medications per physician orders and monitors delivery.
• Represents the nursing department in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• Supervises CNAs and supports ongoing staff development.
