Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in accordance with regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and standards.
• Represent the nursing department in interdisciplinary care planning meetings.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and risk management within the unit.
• Supervise CNAs, provide guidance, and support staff development.
