Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced RN to coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology and anesthesia, and to implement individualized care plans. You will monitor progress, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

You will also manage daily schedules, oversee endoscopy scheduling and staffing, and supervise nursing assistants to uphold care standards in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

Associate's of Nursing is required.
Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.
RN license required.
BLS, ACLS, and APEX NIHSS required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate patient care across PACU, inpatient units, Radiology, and anesthesia.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other providers.
