Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 60 days.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Unit-specific certs (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Experience in the assigned clinical area.
• Mentoring experience.
• BSN within four years if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Coordinate staffing and resources to meet patient needs.
• Lead and coach staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.
