Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO seeks a Nurse Clinical Leader to provide shift-based leadership and clinical expertise, supervise staff, and ensure appropriate staffing and resource use. You will support governance, assess patient care, and guide nursing teams through the nursing process with evidence-based practice.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN within four years of hire, with leadership and mentoring experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as an RN in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN from an accredited institution; must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage unit staffing and resources to meet patient needs.
• Provide clinical support and supervise personnel on shift.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Ensure staffing aligns with census and acuity levels.
• Promote staff competency and conduct performance reviews.
• Support governance and staff development initiatives.
