Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit Specific Certification (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Experience in the assigned clinical area.
• Mentoring experience.
• RN with BSN within four years of hire/promotion per agreement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide clinical expertise on shift and department.
• Coordinate staffing to meet patient needs and budget.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team and delegate as appropriate.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patient/family involvement.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and documentation per licensure and policies.
