Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Charge Nurse to provide leadership and clinical expertise on the assigned shift. You will coordinate staffing and resources to ensure safe, effective patient care while mentoring staff and modeling professionalism.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, directing the care team, and evaluating patient outcomes to adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN); must obtain BSN within four years of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and clinical expertise on the assigned shift and department.
• Coordinates staffing and resources to meet patient care needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Directs the care team to deliver care per plan and standards while ensuring safety and quality.
