Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license.

• De-escalation training within 90 days of hire.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate care plans using the nursing process.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members to provide safe, optimal care.
• Lead and support nursing staff to meet patient care goals and service excellence.
• Ensure safety, compliance with standards, and patient-centered care throughout the shift.
