Job summary

Baylor Scott and White Medical Center Frisco at PGA Parkway in Frisco, Texas, seeks a Night Charge RN for the NICU in our new facility. This full-time night position oversees patient care, nursing diagnoses, and care planning while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires NICU experience, at least 2 years as a Charge RN, and a licensed RN with BLS within 30 days of hire. We offer competitive benefits and growth within Baylor Scott & White Health.

Our new facility, spanning 340,000 square feet, will introduce a state-of-the-art facility, tailored to accommodate the evolving needs of our rapidly growing population. Among its highlights, the facility will house crucial departments such as emergency, inpatient, procedural, and women and children.

Shift

FT Nights, three,12hr shifts a week, 6:45 a.m.-7:15 a.m.. including weekends, 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday

PREFERRED: 3 years experience in the NICU with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Charge RN
