Job summary

Atrium Living Centers Inc. is a 65-bed, 100% employee-owned skilled nursing community seeking RN or LPN professionals for full-time, first shift roles.

Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care while adhering to policies and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Medication administration and IV certification as applicable.
• Working knowledge of state rules and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards.
