Atrium Centers Crittenden County Health and Rehabilitation in Marion, KY is seeking dedicated RN or LPN staff to provide resident care per individualized plans and maintain high clinical standards.
You will administer medications, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure safety, dignity, and well-being of residents while complying with state rules and facility policies. This is a shift-based, on-site role offering opportunities for professional growth.

Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments as required
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RN role)
Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
Support residents’ safety, dignity, and overall well-being
Active RN or LPN license
Medication administration and IV certification
Knowledge of state rules and regulations
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, team-focused mindset
