Atrium Centers, a 65-bed skilled nursing community, is hiring RNs or LPNs in Michigan for full-time and part-time shifts. Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 apply to full-time roles, with 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Expect hourly pay plus HERO pay and a supportive, ESOP-driven, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Medication Administration and IV certification (as applicable).
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on individual resident needs.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards.
