Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our 65-bed skilled nursing community on the first shift. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents while collaborating with a mission-driven team.

We offer ESOP ownership, comprehensive insurance, PTO/holidays, tuition reimbursement, and additional discounts. This on-site role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Medication Administration and IV certification (as applicable).
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments based on individual resident needs.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Follow all state rules, regulations, and infection control standards.
