Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Strong working knowledge of Michigan state regulations for nursing facilities.
• Compassionate patient-focused care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments based on resident needs.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
