Job summary

DayToDay Health seeks a Telemetry Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee a 31-bed cardiac telemetry unit. You will lead patient care planning, coordinate care, assess data, and promote evidence-based practices to improve outcomes and satisfaction.

As a clinical resource, you will guide nursing staff, facilitate interprofessional communication, and participate in practice improvement and professional development activities to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• RN license required; minimum 2 years RN experience; BSN preferred and 5–10 years experience valued.
• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills essential.
