Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a motivated Charge Nurse for College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX, at a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility providing world-class care to our residents. You will work with a dedicated medical director and a skilled nursing staff to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care.

You will supervise team performance, collaborate on resident evaluations with physicians, ensure accurate charting, and maintain compliance with state

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers- you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

Education

Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
