Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is seeking an RN Administrator to lead nursing operations and advocate for residents and staff. You will oversee daily care, admissions/discharges, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

The role includes coordinating assignments, supervising care delivery, and managing charting and medical reports, while supporting a caring and rewarding environment for residents.

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Manage daily care of residents.
• Develop work assignments.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
• Perform necessary nursing duties.
• Perform administrative duties such as charting and completing medical forms and reports.
