Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills, AL seeks an RN Administrator to lead resident care operations and advocate for staff and residents. The role involves coordinating dietary services, enforcing safety policies, and ensuring quality care in a long-term care setting.

You will oversee dietary functions, report incidents, manage supplies, and support the team with tools and training to maintain a caring, compliant environment for independent and long-term residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Report incidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions
• Wear protective equipment as necessary
• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations
• Assure that food and supplies are readily available for each meal
• Dispose of food and waster in accordance with established policies
• Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food and supplies
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as necessary
