Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills seeks an RN Administrator to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes adherence to infection control and standard precautions, managing schedules, disposing of refuse, and proper storage of equipment, while supporting leadership in a caring, resident-centered facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and guidelines to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
• Assure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
• Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.
• Follow established infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Dispose of refuse daily and properly.
• Assure that equipment is cleaned and properly stored.

Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is home to Independent residents as well as seniors needing short term or long-term nursing care. The leader of the team has been with the community over 11 years.
