Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is seeking an RN Administrator to lead nursing services for residents and advocate for both residents and staff. The role emphasizes compassionate care and regulatory compliance, with support to deliver a rewarding environment.

Candidates must be certified and listed on the Alabama Nurse Aid Registry and will provide routine daily nursing care, document changes, report incidents, and coordinate resident transport under the direction of the

• Provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care.
• Report accidents and incidents to immediate supervisor.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to charge/staff nurse as soon as possible.
• Inventory resident personal possessions.
• Assist in resident transport.
• Follow work assignments and schedules.
• Perform daily documentation requirements.
