Job summary

Health Ministries Clinic in Newton, Kansas is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee daily clinical operations. This role focuses on leadership, staffing, and process improvements within an FQHC setting.

You will champion team development, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage scheduling and staff performance across Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental services.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted nursing license in Kansas (RN or LPN).
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).

• Manage staffing levels and adjust resources to meet patient and operational needs.

Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinical practices in Newton, Kansas.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in community health, primary care, or a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Knowledge of public health and quality improvement initiatives.
