The Joseph "Eddie" Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center is a 156-bed long term care facility located inbeautiful Hanson, Kentucky that is committed to serving Kentucky’s Veterans by fostering independence,preserving dignity and providing compassionate care.
We are currently seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to work in our nursing department as a Charge Nurse-M.D.S Coordinator. This position will ensure resident assessments (M.D.S). Experience with M.D.S/R.A.I. inlong-term care is a plus. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Required to have an active, unrestricted/probated status as a Registered Nurse on the KBN licensure verification.

Must have two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
A bachelor's degree in nursing will substitute for one year of the required experience.
