Qualifications

• Must have two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing may substitute for one year of required experience.
• Must be licensed in Kentucky as a registered nurse or possess a valid work permit issued by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Administrative Charge Nurse supervising staff.
• Administer medications and treatments while caring for Veterans.
• Lead a team to provide efficient nursing care and meet patient needs.
• Work in a team-centered environment with emphasis on independence and dignity.

We have 2nd and 3rd positions availablewith every other weekend off. Applicants should have an active, unrestricted status as a Registered Nurse (RN)on the KBN licensure verification.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Must have two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: A bachelor's degree in nursing will substitute for one year of the required experience.
