Job summary

Cantex is seeking an LVN/LPN to join our care team in Texas. You will oversee and participate in patient care within the LVN/LPN scope, observing and reporting changes, documenting in EMR, and administering prescribed meds and treatments.

Responsibilities include ensuring care plans are followed, supervising CNAs, and maintaining patient well‑being within regulatory guidelines. Graduation from an accredited nursing school and an active LVN/LPN license are required.
