Requirements include 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care, and active RN license; BCLS required, ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN license required and BCLS certification.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintains infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Operates monitors, IV pumps, and essential equipment as needed.
• Participates in audits and performance improvement initiatives.
