Wmchealth in Mount Pleasant, NY seeks a Charge Capture Specialist to ensure all billing charges are captured accurately and posted promptly. You will identify, analyze, and reconcile billing errors or omissions, reviewing and posting professional charges.

You will post daily charge batches, rework incomplete items, assist with reconciliation, monitor submission status, and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. teamwork and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional billing experience, preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

• Maintains patient confidentiality by adhering to all HIPAA guidelines.
• Display positive attitude and constructively contribute to the billing team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Summary:
