Job summary

Disney Live Entertainment in Orlando, FL, invites passionate design interns for a Spring 2027 program. You will contribute to internal creative content and learn by shaping gesture grids, organizing audio assets, and creating training materials for show programming.

A strong emphasis on collaboration and storytelling will guide your daily tasks within a dynamic live-entertainment environment. Ideal candidates are theatre, digital media, graphic or creative writing students, 18+ with unrestricted

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university at application time
Be at least 18 years old
Unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
Able to commit for the full internship duration (Jan 2027–June 2027) with reliable schedule

Responsibilities

Assist in internal creative content development
Design gesture grids and logic/bucket mappings
Tag and organize audio files for show programming
Create supporting materials: presentations, activity guides, videos
Produce PowerPoint presentations for training, reviews, stakeholder communication
Conduct show file testing to ensure quality and functionality
Create asset management workflows
