Job summary

Scholars of Finance seeks a Chapter Success Manager & Leadership Coach to guide 22-25 student-led chapters across the United States, supporting over 1,200 members.

You will coach Presidents, ensure programs run with fidelity, and build leaders who uphold SOF values of Integrity, Humility, Compassion, and Excellence.

This hands-on coaching role focuses on developing leaders, monitoring chapter health, and traveling to campuses and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in student/member/customer success, relationship management, finance, consulting, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of your time.
• CRM software proficiency and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coach the student leaders of approximately 22-25 college chapters.
• Lead 2–4 virtual coaching meetings daily with student leaders.
• Monitor the health and performance of each chapter.
• Ensure leadership programs are delivered on time across chapters.
• Facilitate difficult conversations and coach leaders.
• Help students connect leadership skills to long-term goals.
