Job summary

Scholars of Finance seeks a Chapter Success Manager & Leadership Coach to oversee 22-25 student-led chapters and coach Presidents across the United States. You will read contexts, adapt coaching, and ensure fidelity to SOF programs while shaping the next generation of principled finance leaders.

You will spend much of your time coaching students directly, building leaders who can sustain programs and grow chapters, with a strong emphasis on Integrity, Humility, Compassion, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in student success, relationship management, finance, consulting, or project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
• A defined coaching philosophy and ability to coach student leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coach the student leaders of 22–25 college chapters, helping them build strong teams and deliver programs.
• Lead multiple virtual coaching meetings daily with student leaders to review progress and set priorities.
• Monitor chapter health and intervene early when challenges arise.
• Ensure leadership programs, workshops, and recruitment efforts are delivered on time and with fidelity.
• Facilitate difficult conversations and help student leaders navigate team conflicts and performance challenges.
