Job summary

The Association of Corporate Counsel is seeking a Manager, Chapters in Washington, DC. You will guide chapter leaders, provide training, and ensure compliance with ACC standards while engaging members.

Responsibilities include overseeing chapter rebates, coordinating training, visiting chapters, and supervising staff. The role requires at least 5 years in a professional association, strong communication, and a Bachelor's in business administration. Hybrid schedule in DMV area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a professional association or similar with volunteer management, retention, and recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to stakeholders.
• Proven project management in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead chapter compliance and engagement strategies.
• Plan and deliver Chapter Administrator Training.
• Supervise Chapter staff and coordinate rebates with the accounting team.
• Visit chapters in person 1–2 times yearly.
• Prepare leader guides and best-practice tools.
