Position Overview

The Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families during end-of-life care. This role offers comfort, guidance, and a compassionate presence while respecting each patient's personal beliefs, values, and wishes.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families.
• Offer comfort and companionship during times of grief, uncertainty, and end-of-life transitions.
• Support patients and families of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with the hospice care team to support each patient's individual needs.
• Document visits and patient interactions accurately.
• Provide support to families experiencing loss and grief, as appropriate.
