Qualifications

• Experience in chaplaincy, pastoral care, or related field preferred.

• Ability to work independently and with an interdisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout service area.
• Hospice or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and families.
• Offer comfort during grief, uncertainty, and end-of-life transitions.
• Support patients and families of all faiths and backgrounds.
• Collaborate with hospice care team to meet patient needs.
• Document visits and patient interactions accurately.
• Support families experiencing loss and grief as appropriate.
