Hours & Compensation

  • PRN/Per Diem
  • Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week; primarily day shift hours but may require occasional evenings and weekends
  • Pay: $21-24/hour

Job Description

  • Provides pastoral care to residents, associates and their families through regular visitation and in times of need.
  • Prepares crisis intervention and responds promptly to all referrals from administration and support services.
  • Prepares bible studies & order of worship service; advises residents of place, time and frequencies.
  • Assists residents in end of life services to meet their needs, carry out their wishes, preserve their dignity, etc. through empathy, understanding and cooperation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Affiliation in a mainline Christian denomination preferred.
