Job summary

Bristol Hospice-texas Llc is seeking an experienced Hospice Chaplain to assess spiritual needs and coordinate a personalized plan of care for patients and families. You will work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure compassionate, dignity-driven support across care settings.

The role requires traveling to hospice locations, providing direct spiritual care, and mentoring community chaplains. Seminary graduate with hospice experience preferred; MS Office and EMR proficiency is

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology (BD, M.Div. or equivalent).
• Experience in hospice or death/dying care preferred.
• Willing to travel to hospice locations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spiritual assessments for patients and families and develop customized plan of care.
• Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families.
• Serve as liaison to community chaplains and spiritual counselors and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
