Channel Program Manager

Location: Remote, USA - Candidates must reside in the United States. Preference given to candidates in Rochester, NY; Las Vegas; or Denver.

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually, plus a target bonus of $10,000 per year.

Position Overview:

The Channel Program Manager will design, execute, and manage Pharos’ channel partner program. The role involves creating processes, tools, and logistical support to empower partners, ensuring they have resources and operational backing to succeed. The goal is to streamline operations, drive efficiency, increase revenue, and strengthen Pharos’ channel strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Program Management & Optimization
  • Design, implement, and improve the channel partner program for efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain documentation, partner agreements, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
Partner Enablement & Incentives
  • Develop and manage incentive structures (discounts, rebates, SPIFFs) to drive sales growth.
  • Equip partners with training, tools, and marketing resources.
  • Foster a culture of self-sufficiency among partners.
Operational Support & Deal Assistance
  • Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries regarding logistics, policies, and incentives.
  • Collaborate internally to streamline the quote-to-close process.
  • Support partners in managing quote requests and deal execution.
Compliance & Program Governance
  • Oversee partner compliance with program guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records for program integrity.
  • Support program reviews and updates to ensure relevance and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 2-5 years in channel management, partner relationship management, or related roles in tech or software.
  • Proven success supporting channel partners in sales.
  • Experience delivering presentations to partners and customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and order management.
  • Ability to analyze feedback for strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Remote or hybrid work experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
