Channel Sales National Account Manager
The Channel Sales National Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies for strategic distributors to drive volume, growth, profitability, and maximize opportunities for both the customer and the company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic distributors to enhance sales growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with strategic distributors to manage online listings of Labelmaster/DGeo products to maximize revenue and profit.
- Support and maximize the sales efforts of the company's products through distributor sales teams.
- Engage proactively with distribution centers to develop new sales opportunities, including interactions with plant managers, distribution managers, shipping managers, and environmental health and safety personnel.
- Exceed sales quotas and increase market share.
- Maintain a pipeline of new opportunities within strategic distributors.
- Align distributor strategies with the company's corporate sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to distributor needs to facilitate sales growth.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Establish and maintain effective cross-departmental relationships.
Qualifications and Competencies
- High sense of urgency and results-driven attitude.
- Proven success in sales and territory management, including customer satisfaction and pipeline growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Customer and quality focus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Minimum of 3 years’ successful experience selling to distributors.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent field is required.
