The Role
As we grow, we seek a Channel Sales Manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role drives revenue and profitability by leading distribution relationships at executive and field levels, supporting new business opportunities, launching products, and supporting marketing strategies with distribution partners. The manager will build relationships, support sales teams, and represent QuidelOrtho at meetings and events. This position supports regional revenue and business goals, focusing on distributor strategies that impact overall business.
This is a field-based position supporting and located within New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Delaware, Vermont, New Jersey, Maryland, and Washington DC. Candidates must be able to attend in-person meetings on short notice, requiring reasonable proximity to clients.

Key Working Relationships
The Work Environment
Typical outside sales environment. Must have discipline and self-motivation to work autonomously. Ability to travel up to 70%, including to airports, client sites, and events. Must be physically able to travel, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform duties requiring vision, standing, walking, and sitting.
Salary Transparency
The salary range is $94,000 to $159,000, based on factors like experience and location, plus incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Benefits are non-contractual and may be amended.
