The Role
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role drives revenue and profitability by managing distribution relationships at all levels, supporting new business development, product launches, marketing strategies, and sales programs with distribution partners. The position involves building and maintaining strong relationships, leading business reviews, and training distribution staff on QuidelOrtho products. The manager will support regional sales goals and lead initiatives impacting the overall business.
This is a field-based role supporting the following states: New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Delaware, Vermont, New Jersey, Maryland, and Washington DC. Candidates must be able to attend in-person meetings on short notice within these areas.

The Work Environment
Outside sales environment requiring discipline, organization, and self-motivation. Must have good vision and physical ability to travel, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate in various settings. Travel includes air, train, and automobile, with approximately 80% of time on meetings and 20% on computer or paperwork.
Salary Transparency
The salary range is $94,000 to $159,000, dependent on experience and other factors, plus incentive opportunities. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
