The Role
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role drives revenue and profitability by leading distribution relationships at all levels, supporting new business opportunities in hospital and physician office labs, and partnering with sales teams and distribution managers. Responsibilities include leading product launches, marketing strategies, and sales programs with key distribution partners, facilitating relationship building, training distribution staff, representing QuidelOrtho at sales events, and supporting regional revenue goals. The position is field-based, supporting areas including NY, CT, PA, RI, MA, NH, ME, DE, VT, NJ, MD, and DC, requiring proximity for client meetings.

The Work Environment
Typical outside sales environment. Must have discipline and organization skills, and be self-motivated to work autonomously. Must have vision abilities, handle physical demands, and travel as required. The role involves a mix of meetings, computer work, and paperwork, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Salary Transparency
The salary range is $94,000 to $159,000, based on various factors including experience and location. Compensation includes incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
