Job summary

Fortress Safety, part of Halma plc, is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to lead a growing US partner ecosystem across the Central Midwest, including distributors and integrators. This hybrid/remote role allows work from home with travel to support partners, and relocation to Erlanger, KY is not required.

You will build strategic partner plans, drive revenue, manage pipelines, train partners, and co-sell with marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or channel-led growth in industrial automation or related technical markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners as primary contact and advisor.
• Provide partners with technical guidance and drive deals through quote-to-close processes.
• Develop strategic partner plans with KPIs and revenue targets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners.
• Collaborate on training, campaigns, and co-selling initiatives.
• Monitor partner performance and deliver business reviews to leadership.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with agreements.
