Job summary

ADP is seeking a Channel Sales Account Executive to identify and cultivate new prospects with 1,000–15,000 employees in the southeast territory, cross-sell ADP solutions to existing clients, and close sales with strong training and progression opportunities.

Base salary ranges $62,700 to $124,700 per year, with comprehensive benefits. This role emphasizes building relationships with Fortune 100 to startups while driving revenue and achieving quotas across a dynamic ADP portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of work experience.
• Experience working on a sales quota and exceeding quotas.
• Business-to-business sales experience in HCM, payroll, HR solutions, HRBPO or talent management.
• Goal oriented and ambitious with drive to reach quotas.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Implement sales strategies.
• Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects.
• Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations with internal and external customers.
• Connect customers'' business needs with ADP products and services.
• Cross-sell other ADP solutions to existing clients.
• Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory.
