Responsibilities

• Act as a senior venture chief on the Channel Tasks Program Supervisory crew, supporting development and delivery of key initiatives.
• Coordinate with Store Tasks, Money, Store Innovation and Store Advancement teams to improve customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional program timelines, identify resources, and manage risks and budgets.
• Ensure timelines and outcomes meet planned targets and align with Starbucks procedures.
• Provide channel expertise to assess financial and operational impact and coach teams to success.
