Job summary

Conroe Digital Inc. is seeking a Channel Product Manager to own a marketing channel end-to-end, from strategy to results. You will translate client goals into channel plans, monitor outcomes with clear reporting, and build repeatable processes with a small, capable team.

You will work closely with the founder and Platform Specialists, gradually turning the channel into a repeatable product with demonstrated outcomes and measurable success for clients.

Qualifications

• Genuine marketing expertise in at least one channel.
• Clear written and spoken communication; explain strategy without jargon.
• Comfort owning outcomes: deadlines, quality, and difficult conversations.
• Lives within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, delivery quality, and results of an entire marketing channel.
• Develop informed points of view on where the channel should go and explain your reasoning to clients and teammates.
• Translate client goals into concrete channel plans, then own the outcomes of those plans.
• Monitor performance data, communicate results in plain English, and adjust course when the evidence says you should.
• Build and improve the processes, standards, and documentation the channel runs on.
• Help interview, train, and eventually manage Platform Specialists working inside the channel.
