Job summary

Conroe Digital Inc. is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own how a platform is used, configured, and delivered across client work. You will document learnings so the team benefits and collaborate with Channel Product Managers to ensure platform decisions serve client outcomes.

This remote-first role sits in the Product & Delivery track with a defined path toward Channel Product Manager as you demonstrate ownership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, demonstrable experience with at least one major marketing platform.
• Clear written communication; you can document processes other people can follow.
• Comfort owning outcomes: deadlines, quality, and difficult conversations included.
• Lives within approximately a 45-minute drive of the Conroe/Montgomery County area.

Responsibilities

• Own the standards, configuration, and delivery quality for your platform across client accounts.
• Turn client goals into well-configured platform setups that can be measured.
• Write and maintain SOPs so platform work is repeatable by others.
• Monitor changes to the platform and keep the team ahead of them.
• Support Platform Specialists with training, reviews, and escalation help.

Conroe Digital is a remote-first digital marketing agency serving local businesses in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Montgomery County, Texas. We are hiring a Platform Product Manager to own how a specific platform is used, configured, and delivered across our client work.

You will become the go-to person for your platform: how it should be set up, what good looks like, where it breaks, and how to get more from it. You will document what you learn so the whole team benefits, and you will work with Channel Product Managers to make sure platform decisions serve client outcomes.
