About ScribeUp
ScribeUp is a Series A embedded fintech building AI-powered subscription and recurring bill management infrastructure for financial institutions.
In roughly 18 months, ScribeUp has grown from zero to 60+ signed financial institutions. The company recently raised a $10M Series A to accelerate the next stage of growth across Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market.
ScribeUp's technology sits directly inside financial-institution experiences and helps consumers understand and take action on their recurring financial lives. The platform combines recurring-payment and bill detection, transaction intelligence and agentic execution capabilities that can help consumers manage bills through actions such as cancellations, payment updates, bill savings & more.
ScribeUp is building teams in New York City and Los Angeles and operates in a highly collaborative environment.
The Role
We're hiring a Channel Partnerships Manager to own and grow ScribeUp's partner ecosystem.
You'll work with existing relationships across digital-banking platforms and other strategic partners, including organizations such as Candescent, Q2, Alkami, Lumin and Banno.
You'll build deeper relationships inside these organizations, train partner representatives to recognize and communicate ScribeUp's value, increase the number of warm introductions generated by existing partners and identify the next partners ScribeUp should build around.
This is not a partnerships role where success is measured by how many agreements get signed. The goal is commercial. Our partnerships should produce qualified opportunities and revenue.

- Own relationships with ScribeUp's existing channel and ecosystem partners.
- Develop relationships beyond one executive or partnership contact.
- Understand how each partner organization operates.
- Identify the teams, sellers and leaders who can help generate opportunities.
- Develop clear plans for increasing the value of priority relationships.
Partner Enablement
- Train partner sales and account teams to understand ScribeUp.
- Help partner representatives identify financial institutions where ScribeUp is relevant.
- Develop clear messaging and enablement tools.
- Make it easier for partners to confidently recommend and introduce ScribeUp.

Partner-Sourced Pipeline

- Work with partners to identify potential accounts.
- Track partner-generated opportunities.
- Coordinate qualified opportunities with the FI sales organization.
- Create visibility into which partners are generating meaningful pipeline.
New Partner Development
- Identify new referral, reseller, digital-banking and ecosystem opportunities.
- Evaluate potential partners based on their ability to expand ScribeUp's reach.
- Prioritize high-value relationships rather than accumulating partnerships.
- Develop new relationships from initial conversation through activation.
- Coordinate internally where product or integration work is required.
Joint Go-to-Market
- Develop co-sell and other joint GTM strategies with priority partners.
- Identify relevant account campaigns.
- Coordinate partner activity around conferences and industry events.
- Help partners communicate ScribeUp's value effectively to their customers.
Partner Performance
- Build visibility into partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Establish clear goals for important relationships.
- Review partner performance regularly.
- Determine where ScribeUp should invest more effort and where relationships are not producing enough value.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Growth, Product and leadership.
- Give the FI AE the context needed to successfully take over warm opportunities.
- Surface recurring ecosystem feedback.
- Help ScribeUp understand how channel relationships should influence broader GTM strategy.
