Job description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to take ownership of our Global Channel Partner Program. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global channel strategy that drives partner performance, ensures compliance, and supports long-term business growth. As the key architect of the program, you will work cross-functionally and across regions to align partner selection, pricing structures, and performance metrics with our overarching business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate a global partner ecosystem, leveraging your deep experience in channel management and financial analysis to deliver measurable success.

This position will own and lead the Global Channel Partner Program. This includes developing the global channel partner strategy and guide the implementation of the strategy. The goal of this role is to enable Channel Partner performance, continue the high level of transparency and compliance by our appointed partners, and execution of the program and processes throughout the year.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Develops global channel partner strategy, compliance and guides the implementation of the strategy and compliance.
  • Oversees the selection of channel partners in the regions and ensures agreements align with the channel strategy.
  • Assess and measure the outcome of the Channel Partner Program by region.
  • Develops and coordinates the pricing discount matrix and transparency (including audits) of Channel Partners.
  • Establishes framework for Fee For Service (FFS) to get Net Distributor Prices.
  • Collection and analysis of global Channel Partner data (including performance and inventory) that drives Channel Partner performance and lifecycle management.

What You Bring:

  • Education: BA/BS degree with hands-on business experience focusing on channel management and financial analysis.
  • Work Experience: 10+ years Channel Partner Management or Distributor Management.
  • 10+ years of people management and working with senior leadership.
  • Experience in pricing and discount development of Channel Partners.
  • Cross cultural and cross functional experience.
  • Experience in global roles or initiatives.

Compensation:The estimated annual salary for this position is $139,100 to $240,000 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
