Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Channel Partner Marketing Manager to drive partner engagement and demand generation. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to create and execute co-marketing initiatives, toolkits, and go-to-market campaigns that align with business objectives.

The role requires onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams, ongoing program optimization, and strong analytics to measure ROI and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with channel/partner marketing background.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
• B2B SaaS, HR technology, payroll, or professional services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Office software and adaptability to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel partner marketing strategies to drive recruitment, onboarding and joint demand generation.
• Design and manage co-marketing campaigns, toolkits, and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to align programs.
• Plan partner launches, webinars, campaigns, and partner-led activities to boost pipeline.
• Create onboarding and go-to-market resources for partners.
• Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Maintain compliant, brand-consistent partner materials.
• Lead multiple initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attend on-site meetings and collaborate securely with teams.
