How You'll Make an Impact
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed goals within OEM and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with utility clients and OEMs, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical insights, product training, and exceptional support to channel partners.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for channel growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.

Your Background
  • 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in utilities or OEMs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the US Electric Grid and its components is a big advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence and drive success.
