Job summary

CFS Brands in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a hands-on Manager, Channel Marketing to translate channel priorities into scalable programs and tools. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, graphic design, or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in channel marketing or related commercial marketing role.
• Experience working with sales teams, distributors, dealers, eCommerce partners, resellers, retailers, or other indirect channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with sales representatives and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of quarterly and annual channel marketing plans.
• Develop, refine, execute, and measure Integrated Channel Programs
• Own day-to-day marketing relationships with assigned distributors, dealers, eCommerce partners, rep groups, and sales contacts.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, expand assortment, and grow partner business.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel Marketing to define customer, partner, sales, and business needs; manage priorities and timelines.
• Create and deliver selling tools, campaigns, and merchandising materials with design skills.
