Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Channel/Partner Marketing Manager to own and execute partner marketing strategy across the U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with Channel Sales and cross-functional teams to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through co-branded campaigns, MDF management, and data-driven optimization. Based in NYC with hybrid work flexibility, you will leverage AI tools to enhance planning, content, and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B enterprise technology marketing with channel/partner lens.
• Proven success building partner marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Strong grasp of channel ecosystem including distributors, VARs, MSPs, and cloud partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated partner marketing plans to drive pipeline in the U.S. and Canada.
• Build co-branded demand gen campaigns (digital, webinars, ABM, events).
• Collaborate with channel sales and partners to create joint GTM initiatives.
• Manage MDF programs: planning, proposals, budget, ROI tracking, optimization.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning, content, reporting and dashboards.
• Create partner messaging and enablement content with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement.
• Track campaign performance and ROI, delivering data-driven improvements.
• Serve as the main marketing partner to U.S. and Canada channel org.
